In two separate YouTube presentations, the running orders for the first and second semi-finals of the 2023 Eurovision Song Contest in Liverpool were presented this evening.
As has been the case for the last ten years, the order in which the entries will be performed was determined by the producers “behind closed doors”, the aim being to create an exciting and balanced flow to each show.
