Tonight’s chances as seen by FelixK

About 6 hours are left until all of us get proven right or wrong, as the points are flying in on tonight’s scoreboard. Until then there is only speculation, betting, guessing. But as everyone does it, esc-chat.com joins in and so, here’s my opinion about who has the biggest chances to win the thing.

So here are the countries, who I think have the best chances for victory – some despite of their draw (like Finland).

Finland (Ding-A Dong could win from spot 1, so can Da Da Dam)

Hungary (first uptempo song in the lineup – and a good one)

Ireland (the most outstanding entry)

Germany (I hope not, but this is a real eye catcher)

Austria (strong singer and brilliant staging, the song that many people will have waited for after Moldova, Germany and Romania)

Azerbaijan (ohh-ohh might do the trick)

Iceland (mark my words, this will surprise and come very far)

I also  see small chance for countries like Denmark, Estonia, France and United Kingdom. Considering, that a lot of people have enough of gimmicks and prefer simple stagings, Finland, Iceland and Austria have the best chances I’d say.

And if I had to pick just one rightnow, I’ll say Finland, though yesterday I still said Austia. But this is for now:

Finland will win.
