Tonight, the first semi-final of the Eurovision Song Contest 2012 will be held!
18 entries will compete for the privilege of ending up in one of the 10 envelopes for the final. As we learned yesterday, 9 envelopes will be digital (as they have been in recent years), but the last envelope will actually be a real one opened by the hosts. A nice idea, we think!

Talk about broad agreement – Danny and Martin actually have exactly the same top 10 (well that’s no fun, is it?!) and all three of us agree that Iceland, Greece, Albania, Romania, Cyprus, Russia, Moldova and Ireland will all be in the final on Saturday night.
